StreamSpend is currently offered as a free tool with daily usage limits: 2 analyses per day for anonymous users, 10 per day for authenticated users. We reserve the right to modify these limits, introduce paid tiers, or restrict access at any time.

• Data Accuracy

StreamSpend relies on data from third-party sources including the Spotify Web API and Apify. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that artist metadata, play counts, listener statistics, or other data points are complete, current, or error-free. Data may be delayed, estimated, or unavailable for certain artists.

• Projections & Estimates

Campaign projections, budget estimates, cost-per-stream calculations, and ROI forecasts presented by StreamSpend are estimates based on historical benchmarks and industry data. They are not guarantees of future campaign performance. Actual results will vary based on creative quality, targeting decisions, market conditions, platform algorithm changes, and other factors outside our control.

• AI-Generated Content

Portions of StreamSpend analysis reports are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). AI-generated narratives, recommendations, and insights are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Users are responsible for evaluating and validating all recommendations before making campaign spending decisions.

• Spotify Data

StreamSpend's use of Spotify data is subject to the Spotify Developer Terms of Service (https://developer.spotify.com/terms). StreamSpend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Spotify.

• Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you are violating these terms, abusing rate limits, or using the platform in a manner that could harm our services or third-party API access.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeansMGMT® is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or business opportunities

• Service interruptions or security breaches
